Yes! If you are not satisfied with the quality of your personalized printed card, notify us and we will redo your order free of charge.Please make sure to check for typos and other layout concerns of your card in the preview before you make your final purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to redo these orders free of charge. For example, if you enter your phone number incorrectly, we will not be able to redo that particular order free of charge.
To ensure that your picture comes out great please submit a 300 dpi jpeg that has a pixel size of at least 500 x 500. If any images on your card appear distorted your picture may have been stretched or crunched together to fit the area for your picture. To make it fit better simply use the Cubicle Card Cropping Tool. Other helpful tips: * Make changes to the size and quality of your picture in Photoshop or any other image application. * Size matters. The bigger your picture (larger pixel size) the better it will look when it is shrunk down to fit the Job Card.
The size of images on your screen is dependent upon your computer platform and your monitor resolution settings. Therefore, even for Cubicle Cards that are not scaled up or down, the image may appear larger or smaller on your particular screen.While the Cubicle Cards may not appear as their exact sizes on your screen do keep in mind the actual size of the cards (2-1/2" x 3-1/2") so you can get an accurate feel for what your Cubicle Card will look like.

Shipping prices for you orders are as follows:$5.00 for a 100 or 200 card order $6.00 for a 500 card order$7.00 for a 1000 card order.Orders usually ship using USPS Priority Mail within five business days after being printed. You should receive your cards within 1-2 weeks from submitted your order. NOTE: We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
You can check the status of your order by signing into your account and looking at the Recent Orders section. Just look up your order number and you can tell right away if it is being printed or has just been shipped out.
If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. Submitted orders go immediately into production. For this reason changes or cancellations cannot be guarenteed. We will however work with you to confirm the status of your order and let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.
