Please read these Terms of Use carefully. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Cubicle Card Company site. By accessing or using the Cubicle Card Company site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
You are granted permission to access and use the Cubicle Card Company site and it’s content for the sole purpose of preparing and ordering printed products solely through the Cubicle Card Company. Receiving products from the Cubicle Card Company does not entitle you to use any portion of content apart from the finished printed products as they are given to you by the Cubicle Card Company.
You agree to use this site in full compliance with these Terms of Use and use the content wherein in a responsible manner. You agree that you will not use the Cubicle Card Company site to produce products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable. The Cubicle Card Company may terminate its service to customers using the site to engage in objectionable activities.
You agree that you are solely responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your Cubicle Card registered account. You agree that you are responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered Cubicle Card account.
By submitting your photo and personal information to the Cubicle Card Company via our website or any other method for the production of your card, you agree to hold the Cubicle Card Company harmless from any claims, including those from a third or more parties for any damage or loss by our company, subsidiaries, or agents. If there is negligence or any other fault by the Cubicle Card Company, subsidiaries, or agents, this agreement will only entitle you to a replacement of a like card or reimbursement for purchase. The Cubicle Card Company accepts no liability for damages incurred in the submission of information or photo or any other incidental or damages in the process of producing customers’ cards.
The Cubicle Card Company reserves the right to adjust your photo and copy to fit our format, however, in all instances customers will be notified of any changes and will be asked for his/her approval on these changes. Any employee or agents cannot modify this agreement.
You are solely responsible for your use of content in combination with any images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark or any copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your products. By placing an order on the Cubicle Card Company site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize the Cubicle Card Company to print products on your behalf.
The Cubicle Card Company reserves the right to refuse to accept any job where material is offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable. Any job where the customer’s standards or requirements cannot be met will also be refused. In such instances, the Cubicle Card Company will reimburse the customer the full amount for the purchase.
The Cubicle Card Company makes every effort to satisfy the needs of our customers. If there is an error and it is our fault we will redo the order at no charge. If the error lies in the fault of the customer, the order will be redone at a nominal charge. In certain cases of color and quantity we may ask that the product be returned to us before remaking the order.
The Cubicle Card Company only accepts the following credit cards via the web: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The Cubicle Card Company will also accept money orders or cashier checks when the customer submits their order using the mail-in form.
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The charges for the Shipping and Handling are as follows:
$5 – For an order of 100 cards
$5 – For an order of 200 cards
$6 – For an order of 500 cards
$7 – For an order of 1000 cards
